Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 July 2026

1. Acceptance

By signing in to AutonoVerse Admin Cockpit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

AutonoVerse Admin Cockpit is an internal operations console for provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning cloud infrastructure. Actions taken here create, modify, or delete real resources in connected cloud accounts.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Do not share your account or reuse a password from another service.
  • Notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Use the Service to deploy, host, or transmit unlawful content.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or the role-based permissions model.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Use the Service to attack, scan, or degrade third-party systems.

5. Irreversible actions

Certain actions (workspace destroy, resource deletion) are irreversible and may incur cost or data loss. You are solely responsible for confirming intent before triggering these actions.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance without prior notice.

7. Termination

An administrator may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or when your role no longer requires access. Audit records of your prior activity are retained per our Privacy Notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutonoVerse and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Contact
